P-EBT benefits for school year 2021-22 are tentatively planned to be issued in August and September 2022.
If you did not receive Food Stamp (SNAP) benefits in March, you will need to apply for P-EBT. If you aren't sure if you received SNAP benefits in March, you can check the status of your benefits to find out at apps.dss.mo.gov.
JEFFERSON CITY, MO – Missouri families who receive SNAP with an eligible child under age six will automatically get a one-time Summer Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) benefit of $375 for that child added to the household's existing EBT card.
Children who would have received free or reduced-price meals under the National School Lunch Act if their schools were not closed or operating with reduced hours or attendance for at least 5 consecutive days are eligible to receive P-EBT benefits.
Ongoing monthly EBT cash benefits are transmitted to EBT accounts on the first day of the month and are available at 6 a.m. PST.

P-EBT benefits are good for 9 months from the date the benefits are placed on your EBT card.
Will the P-EBT card be reloaded 2022 MN?
This initial round of P-EBT benefits issued to eligible households with children ages zero to 5 will be around $30 per month, per child. Later this summer, DHS will issue a second round of P-EBT benefits for each month that children zero to 5 were eligible from January through May of 2022.
This benefit covered food costs from September 2020 through May 2021. SUMMER P-EBT - Summer P-EBT applications were accepted through October 10, 2021.

What retailers accept P-EBT? SNAP recipients may purchase groceries online with the use of an EBT card. As of April 2021, participating retailers include Walmart, Amazon, ALDI, BJ's Wholesale Club and Publix.
