Where is the Outer Banks John B's house?
What is this? The location of John B's Shack has eluded fans. However, a set designer did confirm it was on John's Island. Unfortunately, it is only viewable by boat in a residential neighborhood in the Seccesionville Historic District of James Island.
The Chateau is the former residence of John B and his father. It contained an office where Big John used to research The Royal Merchant. The Pogues often hangout here and sleepover.
Lowndes Grove isn't just a popular wedding venue in Charleston, but it's also the stand-in for the Cameron family home. It's no wonder why Sarah Cameron is considered the "Princess of the Kooks." This waterfront estate along the Ashley River was built in 1786 and is on the National Register for Historic Places.

Tanneyhill Plantation, home of Sarah Cameron and her family, practically drips old Southern wealth. That's not exactly a surprise, given that, in Outer Banks, it's the previous home of the fictional Denmark Tanney, a former slave who discovered gold while captaining the Royal Merchant.

It is a wedding venue known as Lowndes Grove. Built in 1786, the home is located in the Wagener Terrace neighborhood of downtown Charleston. While it's not open for general public visitation, you can visit if hosting or attending an event there.

Old Bethel AME Church is located in McClellanville, approximately 45 minutes by car from Charleston and no longer has a physical address.
